How We Work
From first contact with a farmer to the document package landing in your inbox — here is our end-to-end export process, built for reliability and transparency.
ODOP Farm Partnerships
We begin at the source. Our team establishes direct relationships with farmers in ODOP-designated districts for ginger (Karnataka, Meghalaya) and turmeric (Erode, Nizamabad). Seasonal scouting ensures we secure produce from the best growing cycles.
Incoming Quality Inspection
Every incoming lot is inspected for foreign matter, moisture, size, colour, and aroma. Samples are drawn for laboratory analysis — checking active compound levels, pesticide residues (as per EU/US MRL), and microbial counts before acceptance.
Processing & Value Addition
Raw produce is processed in FSSAI-certified facilities — curing, drying (sun/mechanical), grading, milling, or extraction depending on the product. All processing equipment is food-grade stainless steel. Powder products are sieved to buyer-specified mesh sizes.
Packaging & Container Stuffing
Products are packed in buyer-specified packaging (PP bags, jute bags, multi-layer kraft, fibre drums) under controlled conditions. Container stuffing follows ISPM-15 guidelines for fumigation. We document net weights, bag counts, and container numbers.
Documentation & Compliance
We prepare and coordinate all export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (CoO), Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, APEDA/Spices Board Certificate, and buyer-specific COA/TDS documents.
Shipment & Post-Shipment Follow-up
We work with trusted freight forwarders and CHA (Customs House Agents) for smooth port operations. After sailing, we send all shipping documents promptly and track the shipment to destination. Our team remains available for any customs-related queries at destination.
